Cat was in heat? Now she's not. Had lots of christmas shopping to do? Just about done. Hadn't seen one friend in a while and hadn't talked to another in years, re-established contact with both. Hot diggidy you'd think I could relax finally but I can't for about another week. Then christmas will be dealt with, family will be dealt with, I'll have a week of work with three days off, and my roommate's birthday's that week and the present's already done.

As far as art stuff goes, I painted something for my grandma and the project for my friend is well under way. Line art's done anyway, which means I'm on to the fun part. I may not be the best colorer but it does seem to give more life to my crappy little doodles and I love messing with mixing and shading, as bad at it as I may be.

That's not an outburst or a command, it's a statement. Stating my mood, my situation (get out of the gutter, you minds) and my life overall.
I'm to the point where the comic's too.... I want to say routine, but I don't think that's quite right. I need to hire some ninja monkeys with wicked skills in the art of comic making.
Granted, I'm not in a great mood today. Just wasted money on yet another game that turned out to be shit. Not total shit, just... "why do they charge money for that" kind of shit. Also certain things are annoying me in certain ways that I can't post about on here because certain people visit this page and will talk. Won't be pretty. And don't fucking ask if that's about you or I'll make it about you one way or another.

Well this is a happy update.

First of all, let me say that this was a page that used to go weeks before it would get another view. It took over two years to reach one thousand, and most of those were (and still are) from friends and coworkers I had told of this page.
Now I'm getting at least three a day. It's still not enough to brag about, but.... I'm starting to think there's something to people telling me I have potential. XD Don't yell at me, I really just don't see it, but if I can start to get watchers, then.... I dunno. There might be something there after all.
I'm learning to put more time into the stuff I do. With a week to do each comic (the ideas will hit me in groups when my energy drink kicks in and work's too boring, plus people are constantly giving me good ideas. I just don't remember to write them all down) I can do more details colorwise. I've actually got a friend coloring them for me now, and he's doing great whether he thinks so or not, and if these comics ever get anywhere, I hope to make this more of a partnered thing, like Gabe and Tycho or Sam and Sean. Force Monkeys. GAH You people don't read. ....I miss Force Monkeys...T.T
Anyway, I've started coloring some older works for practice. I'm doing those Halloween ones I posted a while ago, so I guess they're not that old. JimB's lines are great to work with, but I may have to do some altering to the other two before I can color. But yeah, look forward to those posts.
Also, guess what? It's officially Saturday, so I can post a new comic, first one colored by Gene. I know he didn't want credit, but I say fuck that ^.^ and link to his random psychotic drawings!!! LINK:[link] Ha. I was up late and was going to post right as the clock hit midnight, ended up being up til three, but had started coloring JimB's halloween thing and forgot, but you get it now. Yay for you. Go read it's awesomeness. It also introduces a new character. He doesn't have a name though, really. I may come up with one. Feel free to post ideas though. And comment!!! I need something to scoff at.

EDIT: Shit, they took away the free use of journal skins. I still had this cool blue flames one I found that I wanted to use. T.T Ah well, I guess that's one more thing us people with no money don't get. And I'm not being emo about it. >.> ...Clown. See? I'm fucking happy.
